My name is Nimatulai “Nima” Barrie, and I hold associate degrees in nursing and midwifery. Throughout my career, I have provided nursing services and support in various settings, ranging from direct patient care to serving as a nursing supervisor. With over 25 years of experience in nursing, I most recently held the positions of Charge Nurse and Director of Nursing.

I started my agency because I am passionate about caring for people. My experience as a parent of an adult child with developmental disabilities has given me a deep understanding of the types of support needed in the community. With my extensive nursing background, I aim to improve the quality of care for those I serve. I believe in treating each person as an individual, not just as a diagnosis. My goal was, and continues to be, to make a difference, one person at a time, by starting my own healthcare business.

In 2020, I took significant steps to extend my services not only to adults with disabilities but also to the elderly and aging populations through ongoing community support and in-home care, developing Muni & Stars Family Healthcare Services, LLC. 

Through Muni & Stars Family Healthcare Services, LLC, we aim to continue to empower individuals with disabilities to lead fulfilling lives through compassionate, personalized care and comprehensive support, fostering independence and community inclusion for all.
